Spinach & Ricotta Tortelloni with PARMIGIANO REGGIANO SAUCE and Edible Flowers

INGREDIENTS
- 1 pack of La Famiglia Rana Spinach & Ricotta Tortelloni
- 1 pack of La Famiglia Rana Parmigiano Reggiano Sauce
- 1 bunch chives with flowers
- Salt and black pepper to taste
METHOD
Cook the Tortelloni according to packaging instructions and drain, reserving a ladleful of the pasta cooking water.
Meanwhile, place the Parmigiano Reggiano Sauce on a microwave safe dish, according to packaging instructions, and cover with paper towel.
Once warm, add the Tortelloni and stir gently, adding some of the pasta water if you need to loosen the sauce.
Divide Tortelloni among plates, season with black pepper and garnish with chive flowers.
