KING PRAWN TORTELLONI
            
            INGREDIENTS
- 1 pack of La Famiglia Rana Basil & Pine Nut Pesto Tortelloni
 - 120 g large king prawns
 - 1 red onion
 - 1 bunch of thyme
 - 0.50 glass white wine
 - 40 g butter
 - Salt
 
METHOD
1. Peel the red onion, cut into fine slices, and sauté in a frying pan with the butter and a pinch of salt. 
2. Deglaze the pan with the wine and bubble for a few minutes to let the alcohol evaporate well. Add the king prawns and cook for 2-3 minutes.
3. Meanwhile, cook the tortelloni in salted boiling water as per the pack instructions. Drain, and transfer to the pan with the sauce. Add a few spoonfuls of the cooking water and stir gently.
4. Garnish with the fresh thyme leaves and serve. Buon Appetito!
