Tortelloni with crispy bacon
INGREDIENTS
- 1 pack La Famiglia Rana Prosciutto Cotto & Mozzarella Fresh Tortelloni
- 1 head of broccoli
- 100 gr back bacon
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt
- pepper
METHOD
Preheat your oven to 220°C, fan 200°C, gas 7.
Separate the broccoli head into florets and place on a baking tray. Season with half of the olive oil and a sprinkle of salt, then roast in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
Cut the bacon into thin strips and fry in the remaining olive oil until crispy.
Cook the tortelloni for 2 minutes in salted boiling water. Once cooked, drain the tortelloni and mix together with the crispy bacon and broccoli. Season with salt and black pepper.
