Sausages with Pan-Fry Gnocchi Pumpkin and Lettuce Leaves
INGREDIENTS
- 1 pack Pan-Fried Gnocchi - Pumpkin
- 10 gr unsalted butter
- 4 pork sausages
- Rosemary sprigs
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper
METHOD
Place the rosemary and a splash of oil a in a large frying pan and cook the sausages over a high heat for approximately 10 minutes until cooked, turning regularly until browned on all sides.
Meanwhile, place another large frying pan over medium heat and melt the butter.
Add the Pan-Fried Gnocchi and cook following the instructions on the pack, then set to one side.
Serve the gnocchi alongside the sausages as a side dish and garnish with a few fresh sprigs of rosemary and lettuce if desired.
